The most famous farm stand on the North Fork — Briermere is synonymous with pie. Apple, blueberry, peach, blackberry-apple, strawberry-rhubarb, peach-raspberry: every one has a flaky, scratch-made crust. Beyond pies, they grow gooseberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, nectarines, plums, pears, and apples.
Pies sell out — arrive by early afternoon on weekends.
