A conservation-minded Cutchogue estate with one of the East Coast's largest plantings of Pinot Noir. McCall raises organic, grass-fed Charolais cattle on the property and has protected over 200 acres of farmland and wild habitat through the Peconic Land Trust. The wines are serious and the story is exceptional.
